Eileen Lafferty, Vice President (Sicangu Lakota-Rosebud Sioux)-
Eileen (Taffy) is a loan portfolio manager for the Lakota Fund, a CDFI that serves the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. She is the former director of the Tribal Business Information Center at Sinte Gleska University where she provided technical assistance to potential and existing business owners and developed a resource network that included tribal, state and federal agencies.

Christian Morrison, Treasurer (Sicangu Lakota-Rosebud Sioux) -
Christian (Tuffy) is a program specialists in information technology for Wanbli Wiconi Tipi where he facilitates and implements juvenile programming, is a network administrator and conducts in-house training.

Bernadine Wilson, Secretary (Three Affiliated Tribes) -
Bernadine (Bernie) works as a paralegal for Dakota Plains Legal Services and covers the Rosebud Reservation. She is a trained mediator through the Center for Dispute Resolution.

Schuyler Houser, Member-
Schuyler (Sky) is the special projects officer for the Scott Bordeaux Leadership Institute at Sinte Gleska University. He develops and teaches undergraduate courses in leadership and is establishing a master's level program in management. Sky is a Board member for the American Indian College Fund and has published many books and articles on topics such as reservation economic development and micro-enterprise development.

Ron Hutchinson, Member -
Ron has a private law practice, and is the former executive director of Dakota Plains Legal Services, a legal services organization with seven branch offices. Ron also teaches law and business courses at Sinte Gleska University including marketing, business finance and business law.
